The Kuwaiti Fund for Development decided to resume its activities in Sudan after a stoppage of 10 years due to the Sudanese position during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990, reported ArabicNews.com Friday.
The agency quoted a statement issued by the fund as saying that "it has been agreed with the Sudanese government upon settling Khartoum's debts with the fund which nearly reach 31 million dollars as 11 million dollars were paid."
