Mali hosts contemporary arts exhibition
A contemporary arts exhibition featuring artists from Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cote d`Ivoire, Kenya, Mali and Senegal will be organised in Bamako, Mali between December 5, 2004 to February 28, 2005, according to official sources.
The exhibition is organised by the national museum in Mali with the support of UNESCO.
Around a hundred works by renowned artists such as Ludovic Fadairo (Benin), Sukivy (Burkina Faso), Tamsit Dia (Côte d`Ivoire), Viye Diba (Senegal) and Abdoulaye Konaté, Amaguirhiré Dolo and Ismaël Diabaté of Mali are to be featured in the exhibition.
