As an American citizen, one of five voters in a household of seven, we knew that Mr. Obama lacked the skills needed as a president in 'foreign affairs.' However, I believe Mr. Obama chose Mr. Biden (from our state in the US) as a running mate because Mr. Biden is very well-learned in foreign affairs having headed the Senate's judicial chair on foreign affairs. However, I do not feel that Mr. Biden has been visibly supportive in his role as vice president in terms of world affairs. I think Mr. Obama is learning as he goes in his role as president, however, his decision-making is not always en pointe. Both men have their flaws, weaknesses, and strengths, as is obvious through media political advertising. For the American people, we have struggled almost to a point of seeing ourselves in a 'depression,' something not experienced since the 1930's. Wrong decisions by our government have put us here, along with technology and cheaper labor for work abroad. Many factories have closed to the point that work has been outsourced and America now sees "Made in ...." on most all products vs. "Made in America." What this will all come down to in Election Day is which man was the stronger in driving his points down to the American people to gain their trust and ultimately their votes.
