Morocco to Resume Flights to Libya
Royal Air Maroc announced Monday that it would resume flights to Libya next month, the official MAP agency reported.
The Moroccan airline will run two Boeing 737 flights per week from Casablanca, 100 kilometers (60 miles) south of Rabat, to Tripoli from July 3rd, the report said.
Flights to Tripoli were suspended under a UN air embargo against Libya imposed following the Lockerbie bombing in 1988 - RABAT (AFP)
