Morocco voices support to new Iraqi leaders
King Mohammed VI of Morocco has voiced the kingdom’s “acting and constant” support to the new Iraqi leader, and resolve to usher in a “new era” the two countries’ relations.
This came in congratulations message to Ghazi Ajil Al-Yawer, whose new interim government was announced Tuesday.
“We seize this opportunity to voice the acting and constant support of the Kingdom of Morocco to yourself and to the new interim government of your brotherly country, and our total readiness to undertake all initiatives and back all efforts made in this regard at the international and at the United Nations level,” the message read, according to MAP.
