Value Added Distributor Launches New ‘VAD Service Program’ for its Partners
OnLine Distribution today announced the addition of a new ‘Value Add Distribution Service’ business unit to its company portfolio as part of its mission to be a reliable and responsible partner to vendors and channel partners.
The current offerings of the ‘VAD Service’ consists of presales and post sales support including presales consultancy, proof of concept, demo kit offers, site survey, channel training, telephone/email support, and Return Merchandise Authorization.

The new VAD Service is part of OnLine Distribution’s recent strategic reorganization of dedicated business units focusing on core technology sectors.
The reorganization is being supported by a significant recruitment and expansion drive, which will see the company consolidate its presence in the Middle East, Western Asia and North Africa.
