Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas formally accepted the resignation of new Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah on Sunday, amid reports Hamdallah refused to cooperate with his deputies.

Earlier this week, newly appointed Palestinian PM Rami Hamdallah reportedly submitted his resignation to president Mahmoud Abbas. Now, the resignation has been cancelled.
