Israeli President Shimon Peres says that the time is right for Israelis and Palestinians to overcome their skepticism and to re-enter into peace talks, AP reported on Sunday.
“We shouldn't lose the opportunity because it will be replaced by a great disappointment,” he told reporters Sunday on the shored of the Dead Sea, Jordan, where he's attending the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting.
“For my experience, I believe it's possible to overcome it. It doesn't require too much time,” he said.
US Secretary of State John Kerry is due to arrive in Jordan on Sunday, after stating that both Palestinians and Israelis must make tough decisions in order to move forward with the peace process.
