The award ceremony will be held under the patronage of HRH the Amir or Kuwait. The date of the ceremony is yet to be announced.
“The Sheikh Salem Al Ali Al Sabah Informatics Award aims to enhance IT skills and innovation amongst the Arab youth, preparing them to contribute in developing Arabic content and information technology culture, promote excellence, creativity and competitiveness as well as enforcing the role of technology in culture and society,” added Dr. Khalil Abdullah Abel.
