Saudi Crown Prince: ''Zionism'' behind latest attacks in Kingdom
Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, on Saturday blamed Israel for the latest "terror" attacks in the kingdom. Receiving a number of university professors at the royal court of Alsalam palace in Jeddah, the Crown Prince said the Kingdom is targeted by "terrorists," who get support from Israel.
"It became clear to us now that Zionism is behind terrorist actions in the Kingdom. I can say that I am 95 percent sure of that," he said.
He regretted that "Zionism has misled some of our sons."
Talking a few hours after a deadly shooting incident in the industrial city of Yanbu, the Saudi Crown Prince noted that Yanbu incident led to the killing of three attackers and injuring one. On their part, the attackers injured 25 Saudis and killed five foreigners, one guard and one policeman.
Abdullah added that the "misled" persons also killed people at Public Security. He described those "deceived persons" as "stooges of Satan and colonialism," affirming that the Kingdom will be victorious in confronting any "deviating" group.
According to SPA, the Crown Prince stressed that the Kingdom will strike with an iron fist anyone who tries to destabilize its security, adding that the Kingdom will
eradicate this "deviating" group as long as it might last 20 or 30 years. (Albawaba.com)
