Sayad to offer new impressive selection of ocean fresh seafood
Seafood lovers will be on a promise from 5th October 2009 to taste new exclusive delicious treats and irresistible choices prepared by the Emirates Palace's flagship seafood restaurant Sayad.
Sayad Chef de Cuisine Andrew Mc Gie said he was determined to keep the high profile standing of Sayad as the favourite meeting and dining venue for hotel guests from politicians, sportsman,
movies stars, singers and other celebrities who stay or dine in the opulent hotel either for relaxed luxury vacationing or on business.
''Sayad offers a wonderful savoring blend of appeal and excitement in terms of the diversified, delicious menu, high class service and exotic ocean-derived ambience,'' said the young Australian chef.
''The new A la Carte menu, comprised of fresh varieties of fish, caviar and lobster specially imported from Australia and Europe will showcase a first for Abu Dhabi with a unique seasonal menu that combines contemporary cuisine, the freshest and highest quality produce with perfect presentation'' he said. “The finest oysters direct from Australia, King Crab Legs from Norway, Caviar from Iran, Fois Gras from France and desserts unique to the Sayad kitchen to compliment your meal to perfection”
Speaking about his passion for his profession, he said ''cooking is an art in itself which brings the spirit of an artist and creativity of a chef together. I came to Emirates Palace from London , explains Andrew McGie where I have worked in highly reputed hotels but Emirates Palace and Sayad Restaurant provide me with the opportunity to push all boundaries as we work as a team to create a unique culinary experience to delight and tease your taste buds to new heights of pleasure”.
