Settler killed in West Bank shooting attack
One Israeli settler was killed and two others, including a six-year-old girl, were seriously wounded in a shooting attack Monday evening near the West Bank settlement of Shvut Rachel, northeast of Ramallah.
At 22:00 (1900GMT) shots were fired at an Israeli vehicle hitting the three passengers. A settler, who passed the area in her vehicle a short time after, transported two of the wounded to an Israeli military checkpoint.
After they were evacuated, troops began searching for the wounded driver of the vehicle, who remained in the area where the attack took place. His body was found alongside the vehicle, Israel TV reported. (Albawaba.com)
