Syria condemns Istanbul bombing attacks
Syria's Information Minister, Ahmad al-Hasan on Thursday strongly condemned the twin suicide bombing attacks in Istanbul, which caused the death and wounding of many civilians.
In a statement, cited by SANA, al-Hasan stressed that the Syrian government and people condemn all "terrorist acts that targets the innocent civilians," which only serves the enemies of stability, security and peace.
"We in Syria stress solidarity with the Turkish government and people and offer our condolences to the victims’ families and condemn this brutal crime that targets a neighboring state and a friendly people," al-Hasan added.
