Three Iraqis Killed by Gulf War Cluster Bomb
Three Iraqis were killed and three others were injured when a cluster bomb dating from the 1991 Gulf War exploded in northern Iraq, newspapers reported Wednesday.
"The bodies of three martyrs, aged between 13 and 16 years of age, were torn to pieces by the force of the explosion," a health ministry report, carried by papers said.
Three other children were badly wounded in the explosion, which took place in a rural area some 20 kilometers from the main northern Iraqi city of Mosul, the report said.
