Turkish soldiers have shot dead two people who tried to cross illegally from Syria to Turkey, Anatolia news agency reported Tuesday.
The border guards opened fire on three people near Gorentas village in Hatay province after they refused to obey verbal warnings to stop and fired shots at the security forces, Anatolia said without specifying when the incident took place.
