Currently, UKS is a member of several ELIG lead consortia and co-sponsored research and development plans. In addition to such participation, UKS and ELIG are working closely to bring to the region the same level of private - public partnership that is shaping the European learning solution space. It is the intention of both organizations to further enhance such partnership among government organizations, industry players and academic and vocational institutions in order to develop medium and long term learning strategies to yield tangible and recognizable outcomes that ultimately serves to benefit all.
"Innovation in learning is at the core of ELIG's mission. This year we have started to extend our reach into the Middle East and were looking for an innovative leader in learning in the region. As a very dynamic and active player in the field of content services, both internationally and locally, UKS fulfilled these criteria optimally.
