UN chief calls Iran to help solve Syria crisis, nuclear debate

I am offended that the UN Secretary General would even pose such an invitation to Iran's President. All can have good intentions, but when it comes down to it, I do not believe that Iran's president has the honor or integrity needed to help Syria without expecting something in return. Furthermore, Mr. Ahmadinejad has no right to discuss his personal feelings and opinions in the setting of the United Nations where Israel is concerned. He is like a loose cannon waiting to be set off. All countries and nations need to work together affirmatively in peace and with honor. There is no room in this world for leaders to spread negativity because their opinions don't line up with the rest of the world. We each (nation) have a responsibility to be and conduct ourselves as good 'neighbors.' As far as the UN Sec'y Gen'l posing a challenge to Iran to prove itself is ridiculous, as Mr. Ahmadinejad would [at best] only reveal what he wants to reveal about Iran to satisfy others, and not because he is taking an opportunity to prove in full disclosure what Iran has available in terms of nuclear weaponry. To think this invitation would amount to anything tangible to the UN or the rest of the world is absurd. Thank you for allowing me to comment.
