Building on its continuous efforts and quest to enhance the working environment for its employees, Nuqul Group has recently signed an agreement with the Labor Union in the presence of Mr. Mazen Ma’aitah, President of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Jordan. The agreement aims at providing the Group members with better surroundings, increased salaries and improved working conditions.
The agreement covered employees working in FINE, Al Keena and Al Snobar Hygienic Paper companies in addition to the Perfect Printing Press and Quality Printing Press in Jordan.
Upon signing the agreement, Nicola Billeh, Human Resources Director at Nuqul Group stated: “Our employees witnessed the direct impact of our previous agreements with the Labor Union on their livelihood; and we will definitely continue partnering with the Labor Union to further enhance our support for all employees working at Nuqul Group”.
Mohammad Al Zubi, president of the General Trade Union of Workers in printing, publishing and paper said: ”Our partnership with Nuqul Groups goes back for several years now; on behalf of the Labor Union, we respect their wish to continuously enhance and improve their employees’ working standards. The renewal of our agreement reflects the Group’s sincere wish to continuously be there for their team”.
The agreement also entails the organization of regular meetings between both parties to share the expertise and knowledge, and maintain the sustainability of development, improved working conditions and the preserving labor rights.
