Why are Lebanese women ashamed of their own sexual organs?

"Why would I want a gynecologist? What would people think of me if they knew?" Apparently, this attitude is all to common in Lebanon; Iran photoshops out a martyred women; and if the West was involved, Yabroud would never have been lost.

In a negative article about the meeting of European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton and several human rights activists, conservative newspaper Javan, doctored a photo, erasing an image of Gohar Eshghi who died under torture in police custody in 2012.
The rebels would have been able to fight both ISIS and the Syrian regime at the same time if they were truly being funded by the West. But they are not so they couldn't; they fought ISIS during the time when Assad and Hezbullah were mounting their campaign near the Lebanese border.
And that is why Yabroud has fallen.
