Iran's Supreme Leader may be suffering from a serious illness- he's not showing his face and didn't even offer his customary greeting to Iranian pilgrims as they set off for Mecca for the Shiite religious festival of Ghadeer.
Who's got Assad's back? Medvedev said Assad might be worried by the fates suffered by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak - who was overthrown and put on trial - and Libya's Muammar Gaddafi, who met a grisly death after being ousted from power.
