Costa Salafists are quite literally, Salafists who meet in Costa coffee shops. Join them for a chat and see how trendy they can be; a call for the ‘flattening of all Gaza’; Haifa Wehbe banned in Egypt and a graph on the balance of weaponry in Gaza.
People didn’t accept the idea that Salafi guys could sit and drink in Costa Coffee. Everybody was unfriendly. It’s because they have a perception that Salafis don’t go for coffee in such places. — Mohamed Tolba, co-founder of Salafyo Costa
I found my way to a prominent front-page article by Gilad Sharon in the Jerusalem Post, and this extraordinary demand:
“We need to flatten entire neighbourhoods in Gaza. Flatten all of Gaza. The Americans didn’t stop with Hiroshima – the Japanese weren’t surrendering fast enough, so they hit Nagasaki, too”.
I think this info graph is extremely important when we speak about the arming and weaponry of both Palestinian militant groups like Hamas and El Kassam compared to the IDF which takes pride as the strongest army in the Middle East.
