Two years in, Syrian refugees in Lebanon are hunkering down

One the upcoming two-year anniversary of the Syrian revolution, Lebanon must face the fact of their long term Syrian guests; lessons from Egypt's student elections; finding a Dr. in Dubai just got easier; and Iraq has 10 years of Arab on Arab abuse.
Shops are shut, mobs of angry men quickly gather at the slightest provocation. Port Said is on a hair-trigger.
Only one institution commands full respect here – The Egyptian Army. And there is one officer most people seem to especially like: Colonel Ahmed Wasfi, of 2nd Army Division.
