Is Syria folding in from the Lion's heart in Damascus?

What now for Syria? Is Assad on his final leg to meltdown now that Damascus is taking the hits? A flash of Ramadan and reckless Saudi driving practices; Unravelling our precious Arab 'honor'; and "My Ex-Best Friend's Wedding".
Is this the endgame for Syria? We always thought it would be a sign of doom for Assad when Damascus looked under siege and the regime had nowhere left to hide:
"The explosion that killed three of Bashar Assad’s inner circle Wednesday eliminated the Syrian president’s top security team and, along with fighting in the capital, may indicate the regime is crumbling, Syria analysts say."
The Sham suicide bombing that took out many of Assad's men...
On the claims that it were the terrorists that did it...
"The point here is that we pretend Terrorism has some sort of objective meaning and that it is the personification of pure evil which all decent people (and Good Western nations) by definition categorically despise, when neither of those claims is remotely true."
What His Wedding Photos Taught Me About Our Breakup
Our favorite American Arab, Nedda, wears her heart on her sleeve and shares candidly her feelings upon Facebook-discovering her ex's marriage. I'm sure many of us have been there in this new-age Facebook social playingfield, learning of marriages, births, even deaths through FB. It's a minefield for 'ex'-news.
As she tells us "With curiosity that I deluded myself into thinking was harmless, I found out that an ex-boyfriend just got married."
This piece is 'For anyone who has had an ex get married and move on with their lives without your permission...'
What is this 'honor' we all speak of, or in Arabic the lauded 'Sharaf'?
"Our obsession with honour and all that it entails intrigues me but I always wonder do we actually know what honour truly means."
An expose about boys and their toys. Only these are really 'boys' in the child sense, with 'toys' that are adult cars.
"Driving on the Saudi roads is very dangerous, Saudi has the highest death toll of any country in the world, according to last years’ count 17 deaths a day."
