Thoughts on Plan B for Syria

Going back to the Qatari foreign minister's statement, the Plan B for Syria is some kind of safe haven, which would be a smart idea. The Syrian oppositions, at least the ones that are beyond redemption in the eyes of Assad, have been screaming for this since the start. Perhaps this is why the Free Syrian Army has reportedly decided to relocate its headquarters in Syria.
