Middle East online recruitment site Bayt has announced their GITEX attendance and their GITEX 2003 campaign, BAYT works.
“We have seen tremendous growth in the last 12 months – a 45 percent increase in employers using our service and 81 percent increase in jobseekers,” said Vice President of marketing at Bayt, Mona Ataya.
Bayt, who are exhibiting in hall 5a, will be offering employers the opportunity to register and gain access to their extensive database of over 500,000 potential candidates. Likewise, jobseekers can access job vacancies posted by over 10,000 employers from prominent blue chip, government and private sector organizations.
Bayt will be offering one-on-one demonstrations for employers. Consultants from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will be present to talk to employers about their specific hiring needs. The consultants, who are experts from each Middle East country, understand the hiring market and can offer valuable advice to visitors at the stand.
Bayt is bi-lingual in English and Arabic and has been tailored specifically to the interests and needs of professionals residing or interested in working in the Arab world as well as employers hiring for the region on the basis of language, cultural, personal and professional requirements.
Launched in November 2000, Bayt entered the crowded Middle East e-commerce market and within three months it was among the top five most visited sites in the region.
