Cupola Teleservices (CTS) has announced the relocation of their Contact Center to Dubai Internet City (DIC). CTS was established in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in 1999. The new facility will be operational from September 20, 2003.
CTS was established in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in 1999 and is a subsidiary of the Cupola Group. CTS has also embarked on a planned expansion of its services to encompass Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for a number of its business partners.
According to the General Manager of CTS, Kazim Awan, the decision to relocate from the Jebel Ali Free Zone to DIC, was taken after careful consideration of costs and benefits. The move makes economic sense because DIC provides an IT infrastructure that directly impacts CTS's ability to offer enhanced services to its clients. — (menareport.com)
