du has cut through the cluttered outdoor media scene in the UAE, with a unique form of visual communication, using state-of-the-art technology and multimedia graphics.
The unique 40x12m hoardings on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai and Electra Street in Abu Dhabi display the eye-catching du logo and icon bar (with the mouse, TV, fixed line and mobile), all of which are animated. The mouse clicks, while du TV Commercials play on the TV screen. The handset of the fixed phone is animated and has the digits 055 flashing on the number pad, while the mobile has a LED screen displaying content from du's mobile portal My World.
du not only adds life to life but it also managed to add life to outdoor advertising, breaking away from the conventional methods that are normally used. It is turning the tables and adapting outdoor media to communicate its business objectives rather than adapting its messages to the conventional outdoor advertising.
du aims to change the way communication is perceived, not only via their products and services but also in the way they interact with their audiences.
