Eros Group, the sole distributor of world-renowned brands Samsung, Hitachi & Taurus and one of the leading players in consumer electronics, telecom and allied multi-products in the Middle East today announced the launch of “Service on Wheels” facility. This is a unique after-sales service for flat panels offered by Eros Group which will take customer after sales service experience to a new level. Under this initiative the customer service requirements for flat panels will now be attended to at their premises.
The new service will be attended to by qualified professionals and will possess all the accustomed high standards of service that have been the hallmark of Eros Group. A specially designed 3.5 ton branded vehicle equipped with all the necessary instruments and electrical fittings will travel to the customers’ premises to attend to their complaints. The defective units (subject to level of defect) will be repaired in the vehicle and given back to its owner within hours. Announcing the launch of the new service facility, Mr. Deepak Babani, CEO, Eros Group, said,” Eros Group has always strived to bring the best for its customers both in terms of new products and after sales facilities. The facility will position Eros Group as the leader in the after sales service field by demonstrating our capabilities in three main areas: service parts, field service operations and, eventually, warranty management. The Service on the Wheels facility is an industry first which is being launched in UAE and will set a new benchmark in after sales service.
