Revenues and foreign grants reached JD 1443.8 million for the first seven months of the fiscal year 2004 versus 1409.2 during the same period of 2003, indicating an increase of JD 34.6 million or 2.5 per cent, according to a fiscal report published by the Jordanian Finance Ministry.
"The report attributed the rise to a 28.5% increase in
domestic revenues and a 48.5% decreae in foreign grants.
Foreign grants amounted to JD 246 million during the first seven months of 2004 compared to JD477.3 million during the same period of 2003," the report said, according to Petra news agency. (menareport.com)
