An press advertising campaign to promote Masafi mineral water products of has won the Gold award at the 7th GCC Advertising Awards 2003 organized by the International Advertising Association.
The advertising campaign, "perfectly balanced", which showed a Masafi bottle resembling a spirit level won the Gold award for Team, Young and Rubicam for Non-Alcoholic Beverages advertisements in the print media category.
Dubai-based Masafi has a production capacity totaling 70,000 bottles per hour, 30 percent of which is directed towards export to neighboring Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, as well as the African and Japanese markets. — (menareport.com)
