MTC in Kuwait recently attained a landmark achievement – one million eeZee customers. An impressive accomplishment, MTC-kuwait one million prepaid customers in Kuwait confirms its position as the leading mobile telecommunications operator in the country.
New promotions and services launched to celebrate reaching one million eeZee customers started with 10/10 promotion, which allows customers to purchase a new prepaid line for KD 10 and receive KD 10 in free call credit – it’s just that eeZee. The promotion is valid until June 30th, and is available in MTC branches and distributors. The 10/10 promotion will be followed by new service and several promotions.
Mr. Shafeeq S. Omar, Indirect Sales Manager for MTC-Vodafone (Kuwait) commented, “We are thrilled about reaching the 1 million customer mark with eeZee prepaid services. This achievement is evidence that customers are selecting MTC-Vodafone for its products, services and pricing.” He continued, “As our way of giving back to our loyal customers, we are offering the exciting 10/10 promotion, to celebrate reaching 1 million eeZee customers.”
Saad Samir Faleh, the lucky one millionth customer – who is just 13 years of age, commented, “It was really exciting to learn that I was the one millionth customer with eeZee. MTC Kuwait has been very kind in allowing me to participate in this important occasion.” Mr. Hussein Al Hillal, eeZee customer since 1999 also gave his perspective as a long time customer, “I have been an MTC-Vodafone eeZee customer for more than six years. Since its inception in March 1999, the eeZee prepaid service has offered Kuwait customers numerous benefits, including: the longest valid subscription period of local prepaid services, enabling users to sustain accounts for up to five years; cumulative extensions of the period of the account each time the eeZee card is recharged; free caller ID since 2000; and SMS online recharge for prepaid users – a first in the Middle East in 2002.
