Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartment among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, has recently conducted a “Familiarization Tour” for Top Partners from Bulgaria.
The Bulgarian market has an important role in the growth and expansion of tourism industry in Dubai. Dubai continues to be a most in demand tourist destination in Bulgaria along with many countries in the world. Fam Group Top Partners have been playing an integral part in promoting tourism in the country.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, Al Bustan Centre and Residence, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Top Partners Fam Group from Bulgaria to our Hotel and to Dubai. Bulgaria is an emerging market for UAE in general and Dubai in particular. The tourist traffic from Bulgaria is increasing and Al Bustan Centre and Residence has established a significance presence in the Bulgarian market through Sea Star Tourism. The Familiarizations trips are held to foster close ties with potential customers and to introduce the Fam Groups to the enhanced products of the property. Al Bustan Centre and Residence now presents an up-market lobby, with a spacious Reception Area, Business Centre, Meeting Rooms, Guest Relations Office, Fountain Café & Restaurant and Travel Desk sections. The attractive and tastefully done décor blends the signature Arabian elements with a modern twist.”
The property conducts these familiarization trips to affirm its commitment to the tour operators and CIS travel agents. The tour also helped the delegation to increase their product knowledge which will help them sell the property to their clients. This gives the agents the opportunity to experience the product first hand so they can adequately sell it to their clients.
This year, Al Bustan Centre and Residence plans to host as many fam Groups from the beginning of summer season until end of September 2012. Moussa added: “We have a long association with tour operators and travel agents in the CIS States who recognize the value of our business and have shown desire to win greater market share. With the enhanced amenities and services, we hope to get more traffic from those states.”
