Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the popular hotel apartment among visiting tourists and businessmen in the heart of Dubai, has recently conducted a “Familiarization Tour” for TEZ Tours from Stavropol Region in Russia.
The Russian market plays an important role in the growth and expansion of tourism industry in Dubai. Dubai continues to be a most in demand tourist destination in Russia and this is reflected in the number of tourists coming to Dubai over the years. Tez Tours along with Al Fanar Tourism have been able to play a major role in promoting Dubai in the Russian market successfully.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, Al Bustan Centre & Residence, said, “We are pleased to welcome the delegation from Stavropol Region to our hotel and to Dubai. Russia is our important and main feeder market and it remains comparatively stable and promising for Dubai. The property conducts these familiarization trips to affirm its commitment to the tour operators and CIS travel agents. The tour also helped the delegation to increase their product knowledge which will help them sell the property to their clients. This gives the agents the opportunity to experience the product first hand so they can adequately sell it to their clients.
This year, Al Bustan Centre and Residence plans to host as many fam Groups from the beginning of summer season until end of September 2012. Moussa added: “We have a long association with tour operators and travel agents in the CIS States who recognize the value of our business and have shown desire to win greater market share. With the enhanced amenities and services, we hope to get more traffic from those states.”
The Tez Tours Fam Group from were treated to a sumptuous meal prepared by the hotel’s professional culinary team and stayed in the hotel’s well appointed rooms. They were also given a site inspection of the hotel and sales kit/collaterals were handed out to all participants. The group highly appreciated the hospitality and praised the level of services they experienced.
