Under the framework of developing, supporting and unifying the work of the training departments in the Municipal System of Abu Dhabi Emirate including the Department of Municipal Affairs and the three municipalities Abu Dhabi City municipality, Al Ain City Municipality and the Western Region Municipality, and to improve the skills and the competencies of the municipal system employees, the directors and the members of the training departments held the closing session of a series of meetings for the Unification of procedures and policies of the training departments in municipal system at Rocco Forte Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Along with the heads of training departments in the municipal system and the team members, the meeting discussed the concluding part of the methodology which is planned to be circulated on the municipal system level later. Mr Ayman Anwar, associate member of the Department of Business Support, In addition to Mr Mohammed Hassan Mahjoub, the Human Resource Advisor, both presented and highlighted the mechanism for uniting the training procedures, regulations and forms.
The members also discussed the development and provision of training and preparation programs that are related to the municipal system work, and the ways of coordination among themselves to develop the training plans. Mr Mahjoub presented and discussed the roles and responsibilities of the Department of Municipal Affairs and the three municipalities, where they should examine and identify the training needs of the employees and the preparation of their training plans as they are considered important to the development of the employees’ which in turns develop the quality of the services provided by the municipal system to the people of Abu Dhabi Emirate.
