Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, has announced that it has signed a MoU to open a GEMS Cambridge International School at The Villa in DUBAILAND. This welcome addition to The Villa development is part of DPG’s ongoing strategy to enhance community facilities at many of its residential developments throughout Dubai, and is expected to open in the next 18 months.
With phase 1 almost fully occupied, and phase 2 handed over early last year, The Villa has become a vibrant family orientated residential community. Set on an expansive 32 hectare plot, the development offers beautiful architecture, convenience, and comfort, making it one of the most sought after villa residences in Dubai. Aside from quality residential living, The Villa is also set to welcome a community centre which will complement the variety of facilities already in place such as a playground and nursery.

The GEMS Cambridge International School at The Villa is expected to accommodate approximately 3,000 students from the ages of 3 to 18. The 31624m2 school will include a 600 seat performance space/ exhibition/ examination hall, music classrooms, extensive sports facilities, a science discovery zone and campus-wide wireless, amongst other facilities.
