Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, has announced plans to complete 348 Villas and Townhouses in the Mudon Development, located in Dubai’s growing DUBAILAND district. Recent reports indicate that demand for quality villas in prime locations remains strong in Dubai, with interest not only from local residents but also regional and international investors. In response to this demand, DPG has now confirmed it has restarted work on phase one with 348 three and four bedroom townhouses due for completion within 18 months.
Mudon was designed to offer affordable upmarket villa accommodation to families looking for spacious units within well equipped communities in primary locations across Dubai. The project, comprising residential, retail and leisure components, with a third of units and infrastructure in the first phase area already partially complete.
