Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has won two prestigious awards for its outstanding achievement in branding at the Asian Leadership Awards (ALA), which honours distinguished leaders and businesses in Asia. ENOC won the “Asia’s Most Preferred Brand in the Petroleum, Oil & Gas Sector” Award, and the “Brand Leadership” Award.
Noaman Al Saleh, ENOC’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Media Relations Manager, received the accolades at a gala ceremony held in Dubai. He said: “We are honoured to receive these two awards which complement ENOC’s long history of achievements and success. They are a reflection of our branding strategy that has enabled us to be the preferred energy partner. We will continue to focus on building the strong brand credentials that we have developed over the years.”
Recently, ENOC has unveiled a new corporate branding platform and positioning that build on the company’s sterling achievements, vast geographic presence and significant business diversification. ‘Behind every successful journey’, the new positioning statement, reflects the company’s five business lines, global footprint, and its commitment to corporate social responsibility initiatives and sustainable development.
The Asian Leadership Awards are hosted by the Asian Confederation of Businesses and supported by the Stars of the Industry Group. The awards are dedicated to high-level knowledge exchange through thought leadership amongst decision makers covering various industry segments in Asia. They also recognise the achievements of Asia’s leading business visionaries across all industry sectors and honour their contributions towards the region’s economic development.
