Ready for personalized and effective collaboration, the framework customizes the ability to show or even hide certain fields, depending on the country. Users will have the ability to translate data field labels, field content and reports in supported languages, English, French-Canadian and Spanish.

To easily access this data, Epicor HCM features “Deferred Authentication” which uses a web service to validate the users’ credentials to the customer's Active Directory server and securely store the domain user name and password, without the need to keep users constantly linked to the other side.
For more accessible tools, the “Service Draft-Web Services” feature allows customers to gain all the benefits of task logic for inserting or editing data, without having to run a task from the front end. When the data is uploaded to the system, the Application Programming Interface (API) validates information to help ensure data integrity when records are added to the database. Additionally, leveraging enhanced web services capabilities of Epicor Service Connect  business integration platform enables Epicor HCM to easily access Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP)  payroll for check processing including pay rate, benefit deduction and direct deposit information to help streamline processes.
