A year later Indonesia was added to his area of responsibilities. By November 1995, Ross moved on to take up the position of Managing Director for Hong Kong and Macau, one of the important districts for FedEx in Asia Pacific. Having successfully developed operations there, he was appointed as Vice President of the North Pacific Region in September 1998, responsible for all corporate strategies and operations across Korea, Japan, Guam and Taiwan. In April 2005, Ross was appointed Regional Vice President of FedEx Express, South Pacific, based out of Singapore.
In April 2011, Mr. Ross was appointed as Vice President, Integration and Domestic Operations in India, another key region in the global FedEx network.
In his new capacity as Senior Vice President, he will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of FedEx Express operations in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent & Africa.
