Interactive Intelligence Group Inc., a global provider of software and services designed to improve the customer experience, today announced that it has signed up as a ‘Platinum Sponsor’ of the upcoming Gartner Symposium/ IT Expo that will take place in Dubai between 1-3 April, 2014. The company will use the event as a platform to expose its brand and innovative contact center automation, unified communications, and business process automation technologies to conference attendees. Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is one of the world's most important gathering of CIOs and senior IT executives and this year’s event is expected to draw over 400 attendees including 150 CIOs.
Mr. Tolga Basarir, general manager of CMC Turkey, the biggest independent outsource call center in the country with more than 4.000 agents and a customer of Interactive Intelligence, is a guest speaker at the symposium and will educate attendees about the role of the contact centre in achieving customer experience excellence. He will give an overview of how Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) all-in-one software solution has enabled the company to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
“The advancements in technology today and the rise of social media mean that customers are far more connected than ever before. They have become accustomed to the constant and rapid availability of services and expect the same speed of delivery from their customer support providers. To be an effective market player, an enterprise has to leverage advanced contact centre technologies and proactive customer contact solutions to deliver superior customer service consistent with the company's brand and reputation. The Gartner event is a great forum for us to engage in meaningful discussions with CIOs in the Middle East and educate them about the latest market trends and technologies in the contact centre space. At the same time it is also an opportunity to get valuable market feedback so that we can better design our solutions to meet the needs of the local market,” says Shaheen Haque, territory manager, Middle East & Turkey at Interactive Intelligence.
