Receiving the recognition for seven of the last eight years, it has solidified Jacky’s Electronics’ leadership position in the electronic retail sector. Jacky’s was one of a select number of brands in the UAE from over 800 short listed companies to receive the prestigious Superbrand Status, which is considered as the ‘Oscars of Branding’.
The company was at the forefront of using social media, Jacky’s is continuously using every platform such as Facebook, Twitter and its own blog to bring the Jacky’s brand closer to its customers engage on a timely, personal and quick manner. In addition, the company has launched several initiatives over the years such as the Jacky’s Eco-Exchange programme to promote proper disposal of electronic products, and Jacky’s Eco-Care programme partnering with the likes of Dubai Cares and Care Foundation to provide primary education to less fortunate students around the world.
One of the first consumer electronics retailers to be recognised by the UAE Superbrands Council, a branch of the internationally renowned Superbrands organisation, Jacky’s Electronics received its first recognition in 2004. Just like in the past editions, Jacky’s is included in the eight edition of the Superbrandscoffee-table book, which comprising a two-page profile of each of the Superbrands selected by a panel of experts and eminent figures from the world of branding.
