Premium automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover recently recognised its dealer partners across the Middle East and North Africa region during an awards ceremony held at its After sales Conference in Dubai, U.A.E.
Alfardan Premier Motors, the distributor of Jaguar in Qatar received theJaguar MENA Customer Service Excellence 2012/13 Half Year Award.
Awards on the night were presented by Rob Preston, After sales Director at Jaguar Land Rover MENA, and were based on dealer performance. Judging criteria covered several key performance indicators including customer satisfaction and technical competency.
Speaking about the awards, Rob Preston said “We have a very strong network of dealer partners across the region, and the Customer Service Excellence Programme is just one of the ways in which we recognise the important contribution they make to the Jaguar Land Rover business. Dealer performance across all areas of the customer experience is paramount to the growth and development of the brand in what is a key region for us globally.”
After sales Manager, Andrew Wheeler collected the award on behalf of Alfardan Premier Motors, and commented; “I am delighted to accept such an award, and proud that my team have been recognised for their dedication to customer service excellence”.
