Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman, a premier destination for business and leisure travellers, organised a sumptuous Iftar buffet for media at the hotel’s Orchid Restaurant, in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan.
The property’s General Manager, Iftikhar Hamdani, along with Mayda Solatre, Director of Sales & Marketingand Glory Joseph, Assistant Marketing Manager, welcomed the journalists and thanked them for their support to the property. The delectable feasts prepared by Executive Chef Rami Joubrail featured a wide range of Arabic, Mediterranean and South Asian cuisine. The journalists broke their fast with the tasty starters including the traditional lentil soup, fattoush and baba ganoush; main course dishes such as kabsa, fish siyadia and mixed grill kebab; and an array of mouth-watering desserts, complemented by a wide selection of beverages.
