Ramada Downtown Dubai, located in Dubai’s most prestigious and vibrant district, will attend this year’s ITB Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show, from 6th to 10th March to establish new contacts, build business relationship with travel trade organisations and learn the latest travel and technology trends.
A must-attend event, ITB played a major role in helping Ramada Downtown advance with its strategy and goals, providing a strong platform to build extensive networks in the European market. By the end of 2013, the property expects to get a greater share of this market and receive a healthy mix of guests from different parts of Europe.
Wael El Behi, General Manager, Ramada Downtown Dubai, who will attend the event as trade visitor said: “Attending ITB has been a yearly tradition at Ramada Downtown Dubai. This year through ITB, we are looking to be in line with all the latest trends in technology that are being practised in different parts of the world in both the travel and hospitality sector. We are also hoping to establish contacts with existing and new potential travel trade establishments that can help us achieve our goal. Maximizing our visibility is the main motive and communicating the USPs of Ramada Downtown Dubai, both product and service is essential.“
Last year, ITB focused on the trend and importance of online and social mediums so this year, El Behi looks forward to progressing in the right dimension and be active in the online medium. He hopes to use the various online tools in an effective manner to support the overall goals of Ramada Downtown Dubai.
ITB Berlin is the B2B platform for trade visitors and El Behi will take the opportunity to interact with different exhibitors from 180 countries who will be attending the event. “ITB 2012 indicated a very positive outcome as Ramada Downtown Dubai introduced itself to many travel trade and business sectors. We are hoping for a positive outcome this time round.“
