Ramada Downtown Dubai, located in Dubai’s most prestigious and vibrant district announced the appointment of Shafi Dady Sibomana as Front Office Manager, and the promotions of Sharief Barfaab as Housekeeping Manager, and Niel Canzana as Senior Sales Manager.
Shafi Dady Sibomana has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, which is an advantage in leading and supervising the daily front office operations. Sibomana previously worked at Al Manzil Hotel as Night Manager from 2006 to 2010, and as Assistant Front Office Manager from 2010 to 2012, before joining Ramada Downtown.
As Housekeeping Manager, Abdullah Barfaab Sharief is responsible in the administration of housekeeping operations and ensuring that the suites and common areas are kept neat, tidy and according to the property’s standards. Sharief has over eight years of hotel experience in UAE, KSA, India and Seychelles. Before joining Ramada Downtown as Executive Housekeeper in 2012, he served as Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Grand Excelsior Hotel in Dubai.
Niel Canzana was promoted as Senior Sales Manager of Ramada Downtown Dubai. He worked as Sales Manager in Ramada Hotel and Suites Ajman before transferring to Downtown to take on the same post. Canzana’s performance in sales has been influential in the associate’s excellent record of guest and customer relation and the property is looking forward to Canzana’s continuous contribution in achieving sales targets.
