A group of 28 HR professionals in Bahrain were given insights into the importance of talent management and its link with employee retention at a Tamkeen training workshop conducted by Third Wave International (TWI) in collaboration with DeakinPrime (DP) at the Gulf Hotel.
The workshop is among many in a series of Human Resources Management workshops that fall under Tamkeen’s Management & Leadership Training programme. Through the workshops under this programme, which are offered in English and Arabic, businesses and Bahrainis in the private sector are provided with high-level training on numerous aspects related to management and leadership to improve productivity, instil best practices and build business knowledge.
The workshop focused on the area of effective training and development, highlighting the pivotal role played by an organisation’s human resources function in this regard to enable the organisation to maintain its edge in a highly competitive environment. Participants were also shown the methodology of developing a learning culture and different effective tools and techniques to achieve this objective.
The training was delivered by DeakinPrime accredited trainer and Joint Managing Director of TWI Stefan Moraes. At the end of the four-day workshop, participants received an accredited certification awarded by DeakinPrime.
