VIVA launches its new 'VIVA POINTS’ program

VIVA, Kuwait’s newest and most advanced mobile telecommunications service provider, launched today its new 'VIVA POINTS’ program, allowing VIVA’s postpaid voice customers to earn and redeem points for a variety of free services. 

The 'VIVA POINTS’ program is a free point based rewarding scheme, through which postpaid voice customers can redeem points to receive free services such as SMS's, voice minutes, data usage and several other services, in addition to bill discounts. 

Joining the 'VIVA POINTS’ program can be done by simply logging onto the VIVA website or by contacting the call center on 102 and requesting assistance, or by visiting one of the VIVA branches near you. 

Upon subscribing to the program customers will earn 30 points as a welcoming gift on behalf of VIVA. One point will be earned for each one KD paid off in terms of postpaid voice users. Subscribers will also be granted an additional 30 points as a 'Line Anniversary Bonus' from VIVA. 

This program comes as a means to reward VIVA customers for their continuous loyalty and ongoing support. Presenting customers with new and innovative services and privileges is part of VIVA's strategy to offer a differentiated and exceptional experience.
