Data showed up to a 30% increase in customer satisfaction in Volkswagen Jordan’s sales and after sales areas in 2013, a significant rise which has propelled Jordan into becoming one of the highest performing dealers throughout the Middle East.
The growth marks another milestone in Volkswagen Jordan’s success in providing the highest standards of service that the German-automobile manufacturer strives to deliver.
