With the rapid growth of Smartphone’s, mobile subscribers are increasingly using their handsets to surf the Web, download content and applications, check emails, etc. The proliferation of high speed data connections is rapidly driving up the usage of data over cellular networks. While the cost of mobile data, when consumed domestically, is controlled by means of data packages, the price of roaming is simply prohibitive.
