Saudi Prince Sultan Bin Turki, a nephew of King Fahd, has criticized the Kingdom’s policy of granting loans to Lebanon and called Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri, a thief. Sultan accused Hariri of having spent Saudi money on private purchases, including a Boeing 777, instead of investing it in public projects, reported UPI.
While many Saudi nationals suffer poverty, their government has given “hundreds of millions of dollars to the servant thief to buy fancy private planes," stated the prince. Rivalry between branches of the Saudi royal family is thought to be the cause behind this extraordinary flare-up.
In anoher unexpected move, Sultan has recently allied with the billionaire Saudi Prince Walid Bin Talal, who is reportedly gearing up to become Lebanon’s next prime minister. — (menareport.com)
